SchermCo was responsible for providing school launch support and coaching services to Movement leadership as they prepared for their first year of school.
SchermCo was responsible for the creation of New School and New Program Launch plans. Our scope included full project management, meeting with key stakeholders related to each new school and new program, data analysis, and the creation of three unique launch plans and one template to be used for future use.
