SchermCo Foundation – Data Analyst Fellow

We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as a Data Analyst Fellow in our growing work to support family empowerment efforts across Charlotte, North Carolina, and the country. The specs:

  • We will be supporting 20+ schools/programs and 16,000+ families through our family empowerment initiatives in the 2023-24 school year
  • This position will work directly with our Family Empowerment Team to support data/survey analysis, data visualization, and program model evaluation
  • Participate in partner meetings with schools, families, and community partners
  • This person will report to the Director of Family Empowerment 
  • Document key learnings, processes, and data for reports
  • Contribute creative input and ideas in brainstorming sessions in an open and fun team environment. We are not a corporate office and do not operate as one. We want to hear your ideas and questions. Bring it!
  • Participate in frequent check-ins with SchermCo team members to gauge progress
  • Additional project and program support, as needed
  • 10-20 hours per week, varies based on skills and alignment of need
  • This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina

Fellowship Timeline:

  • September 2023 – June 2024
  • Monthly stipend, based on experience

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience, a monthly stipend
  • Class credit may also be available for current undergrad and graduate students. We are willing to work with qualified candidates to discuss specifics
