Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance

Time: July 2020 – December 2020

Location: Clarksville, TN

Scope: Our team partnered with the Tennessee Educators of Color Alliance to create their first full strategic plan. In addition to the strategic plan, our team also helped TECA finalize and create documents related to their overall logic model, their consulting services, and an interactive financial modeling tool. 

Results: The strategic plan and related materials were unanimously approved by the board of directors. Further, TECA secured a multi-year, six-figure grant from a national foundation, their largest in history, a few months after completing the strategic planning process. TECA also increased its earned revenue by 30% as a result of supports from the strategic planning process.

Profound Gentlemen

Time: August 2020 – March 2021

Location: Charlotte, NC

Scope: Our team was charged to support the development and creation of Profound Gentlemen’s second strategic plan. Our deep understanding of PG’s work and model enabled us to focus on helping PG identify. priority regions and further develop their earned revenue lines of business.

Results: The new strategic plan was fully approved by the board of directors. PG also confirmed key metrics from its first strategic planning including increasing the number of Gentlemen served by 73% and increasing their earned revenue services by 8,000%.
